On this page we will describe our background and philosophy.

Our Mission - KansasKatz Inc. was organized with the following tasks in mind:

To encourage its members to be caring, responsible owners and breeders of cats who work together to promote the preservation of pedigreed cats and the health and welfare of all domestic cats.

To provide sanctioned TICA cat shows in the South Central Region which promote both pedigreed and non-pedigreed cats in a professional manner and which are both enjoyable and educational for exhibitors, judges and the general public.

To promote responsible breeding of Purebred cats

To disseminate information to breeders, owners, exhibitors, and the general public concerning breeding, exhibition, improvement of breeds, the care and welfare of all cats and to provide materials and information regarding feline issues of regional or national importance.

To be a positive influence on the general welfare of ALL cats

The club communicates through a Yahoogroups list, and holds meetings. Polls are taken when membership input is needed through the Internet email list and/or Yahoogroups list.
